How can water-related challenges be turned into drivers for corporate action? LeafTurtle contributed to the course “Acting on Water as a Business”  by AXA Climate School to help organizations better understand their risks and take action. A collaboration dedicated to resilience, performance, and knowledge sharing.

For this project, LeafTurtle supported AXA Climate School in developing the course “Acting on Water as a Business" , an educational module designed to equip organizations with the tools to address growing water-related challenges (only available in French for now). Through this collaboration, we helped structure content that is both educational and operational, drawing on our field expertise and in-depth understanding of water-related issues.

Knowledge sharing and capacity building among economic actors are key priorities. Water, at the intersection of environmental, social, and economic dimensions, remains a complex topic. At LeafTurtle, we believe it is essential to make these challenges accessible without oversimplifying them. We therefore aimed to provide practical tools, analytical frameworks, and real-world insights to enable companies to take informed action.

Our expertise is built on a systemic approach: understanding watersheds, uses, pressures, and interactions between stakeholders. This holistic perspective allows us to support companies in identifying their impacts and critical dependencies on water resources, helping them prioritize actions and develop strategies tailored to local contexts. In a context of increasing water stress and tightening regulations, integrating these challenges is a key factor for resilience.

Training plays a central role in this transformation. By improving access to high-quality content, initiatives such as AXA Climate School accelerate awareness and action. Like AXA Climate, we are convinced that sharing knowledge and developing skills are essential to enable companies to sustainably address water-related challenges.
